This is a fantastic breakfast dish! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
8 local, vegetarian fed, free range eggs
1/3 cup of almond milk
1 lb. of sausage (local farm if possible)--leave sausage out for a vegetarian option
Broccoli
Cherry tomatos
Onion
Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Brown sausage on stovetop and drain excess fat
Beat eggs and milk together
Mix with veggies (you can also use any other veggies you have in the fridge if you don't like what is picture below)
Bake for 45 minutes (or until golden brown)
